Oh, the possibilities!

During my completely extravagant weekend off, I have discovered that FALL IS COMING! May I say, I am completely, head over heels excited! "Why," you ask? Clothes! Boots! Scarves! Oh My! So, I have decided to include a fantastic little wish-list. Mostly so I don't forget to buy any of these gems when it comes time! Enjoy!

Tomorrow morning is INJECTION TIME!!! I get to inject my anesthesiology partner with 2% lidocaine with 1:100,000 epinephrine. I feel like a freak, but I'm so psyched! Of course, she gets to do this to me too:

Well, not exactly...that's a Gow Gates Block, which isn't on our exam. But, it's remarkably close to an Inferior Alveolar Nerve Block. Love this! I'm actually going to be a dentist and I am so ridiculously ecstatic for this first event. It's a rite of passage and tomorrow is going to be a great day, I've already decided!

Good Morning Childhood!

Oh wow! My childhood has returned!!! Here I am, just minding my own business and drinking my coffee. Being all adult-like and checking my e-mail...when what comes on but the following:
